The war against the Upper City has left all of us facing heavy damage and even heavier losses. Homes and businesses have been destroyed, roads and transit routes have been damaged or rendered unsafe, and water supply points across the city have been contaminated or cut off entirely. Many residents have been killed within the conflict in defense of our city, displaced from their homes, or left without reliable access to food, clean water, medicine, and other basic necessities.
Thankfully, precautions for precisely this scenario were taken by logistics companies and volunteers. Caches and refugee collection points have been established throughout the city at large, across each district, with the intent of supporting the community through this crisis. If you, a family member, a friend, or a neighbor are in need of food, clean drinking water, medical supplies, clothing, temporary shelter, or other emergency necessities, please make your way to the nearest designated relief location. Those who have lost their homes or are unable to safely return to their neighborhoods should report to a refugee collection point so that assistance and temporary accommodations can be arranged.
Please do not attempt to return to damaged areas alone. Avoid contaminated water sources and unstable structures. If you are able to travel safely, consider checking in on elderly residents, injured individuals, families with children, and any others that may not be able to reach a relief center on their own. We have suffered an immense loss, but no one should have to face the aftermath alone.
We have been provided a list of these caches and refugee points which we will place below. If you are displaced, injured, hungry, without water, or simply unsure of where to go, seek out the nearest relief location. Help is available, and you are not forgotten.
